"Cheap location… cheap service !"

The accommodation conforms to the description... but

1 - The stairwell is rundown and cluttered. 1 - I arrived at 2 pm and there was no electricity! The building was under renovation. Also, I had to wait until 5pm. It is not correct not to have informed me before I arrived! ( the owner does not answer the phone ) 2 - You cannot park a car in this part of the town : it is 1 euros/ hour from 8h30 to 20h00 ans you must buy card for each hour pay...

"Good location… terrible service!"

- good location - neat and clean - restaurants nearby - close to several bus stops

Terrible service. I had a difficult moment with the service offered. I am a frequent traveler, and in all accommodations, I have stayed, they always send the check-in instructions at least 24 hours before my arrival. However, in this case, although I called them several times, they never answered my call nor replied to my messages. A few hours later they sent the details through booking. On the day of my arrival, I had a hard time finding the apartment; they mentioned something about a metal door but no indication about the apartment number or what it looked like... I just couldn't d find it. Again, I called them, but they never answered my call. - Be aware that the apartment is located in the attic, about six floors, and no elevator.
