Brand new Lozenets APT

It's far far away from "brand new" and what's on the photos. Also check-in and communication were not smooth.

This apartment is the best we had seen in Sofia since around 2010 - especially taking into account appearance of "Homestays" on Booking.com which could mislead and compromise comfort and safety by placing travelers with the flat owners who charge even higher prices than this exclusive and amazing apartment. Unfortunately comfort of travels by bus between Bulgaria and Greece is still very low these days as there are no legal mechanisms to protect travellers from very bad Customer Services of travel providers such as Unioni Ivkoni and especially Arda Tur. So smooth checking in is the 1st must for which the apartment is praised. ( There is for instance a fake apartment at Stud Grad with fake pics and fake address and B.com would not change it on their website no matter our complaints .) The apartment is amazing tasteful beautiful and the bathroom is clean and modern and there are all amenities of spa in it- shower accessories creams tea to drink and even coffee machine for capsules... It is very spacey, the balcony is a gift in winter both for people who love exercising and for those enjoying sun. If you never stayed at nearby California hotel, there is a very cozy pub which could make your family stay even more romantic on a snowy evening in Sofia. There are three shops with fresh fruits smoothies and at reduced prices as well but sadly some would work only with cash. Metro station has elevator. Park Sofia Shopping Centre has such a great view on a park 🏞️ that it could make you visit it more than needed. Use takeaway.com and Glovo for your discounted orders.Visit Aroma Kava at Studentski Grad and don't switch on TV while in Sofia- it's not worth it. Students and young people are so friendly and English speaking customer services were great even in overpriced spots like kebab places working 24hours on Cherny Vrah street.

There were works in a nearby flat which deprived us of having half a.day together and ruined our health a bit. You need to immediately switch all heating devices upon arrival if you are not used to cool temps.

Flat is located south part of Sofia in a nice district, downtown is only 15 minutes by car. Apartment is on the first floor, easy to reach from the street. We did not meet presonally with the owner, key was available in a safe box. Apartment is good value for money.

Flat is located in a non free parking area thus you have to pay for parking.
