Brand new Lozenets APT

The rooms are large, we appreciated the air conditioning, the bathroom provided what you needed. In a beautiful quiet neighborhood!

I would prefer to have blackout curtains in the rooms as there are in the kitchen area. Also, while the bed linen and towels were clean, the fact that the floor and floor mats were very dirty gave you the feeling of dirtiness and it was not at all comfortable to walk around without slippers. If the owner would pay a little more attention to the details, like paint the dirty walls, empty the closets of vacuum cleaners to make room for clothes, maybe put bedside tables on the beds, I would definitely give it a better rating.

Good location

The place itself was cleaned but every piece of textile in it was absolutely filthy. All curtains, mats and carpets are 10 years too old, visibly stained and sometimes torn. Stains everywhere. However much you clean that it won't come out. The bathroom mat was absolutely disgusting. Walls were also stained... It would be a decent place if the owners would invest just a bit for a fresh coat of paint and some new textiles. On the bright side the actual bed sheets and towels seemed clean but the overall impression of things being dirty was dominated by the rest.

You have trip to Sofia, allone or up to 4 person? You need a good located place in quiet and solid mittle clasd area? You need an accomodation with acceptable and confortabale equipement ? This is the right place?

Appartement is not suiteble for handy caped or sick people who are unable climbing stairs. Microwave is missing, but never the less a well basic equiped kitchen.

Totally delighted from my stay in this cozy apartment. It has great location, communicative, very clean and has everything you need. The owners are super nice and friendly. Will come back again for sure.

Good location near metro station. Full equipment at the apartment.. Very cozy and warm when you come outside that is cold. The house it's warm all the time. Very clean sits. The owners where very helpful and cooperative.

For me everything it's OK. But I have to mention for others, that it wasn't clean at the walls and corners of the house.there where spiders and the floor under the beds are not clean. We were 5 but have towels for 4.there was food into the refrigerator that was open and some of the dishes weren't clean. These things for me it's not problem.

Nice and big apartment with all facilities. Near to tram station 🚉 Little bit hard to find with Google maps. The apartment is beside one shop for new people that looking to book:)
