Brand new Lozenets APT

The place is very comfortable. It is situated in a very communicative area. I really appreciated the air-conditioner. I would recommend 10/10

Very responsive host, flexible check-out (we could leave later), great location not far from downtown, in a quiet area, close to commodities and restaurants. Spacious apartment for a whole family with two bedrooms, a balcony and well-equipped kitchen.

The title of the property is misleading. The apartment is not "brand new", but rather worn-out; the pictures are real, but date back from years ago when the place was new and clean. It now needs refreshing, walls and furniture were stained and scratched, the carpets were not clean neither, and the curtains were falling down on one side due to unfixed hangers (we fixed them easily though). Also, the kitchen appliances (coffee machine, toaster) and cutlery (fingerprints on glasses) needed additional cleaning. Despite these, we would consider going again for the location and space.
