Localização muito boa.

Usam o nome de flat para justificar o não cumprimento das disposições do Ministério do Turismo Portaria nº 28/2025 e com isso diminuir substancialmente o horário da estadia. Sofá-Cama afundado e extremamente desconfortável para o terceiro hóspede.
