A localização é excelente e os funcionários do flat e restaurante são super gentis.

As luzes do apartamento estavam queimadas, tendo iluminação somente na área do sofá. O sofá precisa ser higienizado, pois está com cheiro desagradável. A cozinha não tem filtro, nem guardanapos/ papel toalha.

Por estar localizado em um hotel o atendimento na recepção é excelente. A localização é previligiada. Quase de esquina com a Faria Lima. Excelente para quem precisa estar próximo do Jardins e região.
