Boa localização, com vaga de estacionamento.

Check out 10 da manhã (informação não aparece antes de confirmar a reserva), móveis muito desgastados, cama muito ruim, chuveiro péssimo, roupas de cama e banho velhas. Apartamento precisa de uma reforma/manutenção urgente!

Banheiro apertado e porta do box precisando urgentemente de manutenção alem da limpeza jnterna do box nao ser feita avtempos parece. Instalações antigas. Cama dura, enxoval ruim. Travesseiros ruim. Ter que sair do apartamento 10 h da manhã que é um absurdo. Custo benefício zero.

A localização é boa, mas nao é só isso que conta.
