Great price, location & looks cute.

Dishwasher is just a decoration, bring your own dishwasher detergent if you want to use it. Otherwise you have to hand wash everything with a dry old sponge left underneath the sink (or paper towels in my case) and without a dish rack to let the dishes dry. Having the dishes clean, dried & put away is a rule for the stay, despite my communication with the host, I had to empty the dishwasher, clean all the dishes and take pictures in case they try to charge me extra cleaning fees. Washer was broken. Tv doesn't work. A man entered the unit at 8:30 am. Without knocking while we were sleeping despite the check out being at 11 am. These issues were communicated to the host, the reply was mostly being sorry for the inconveniences. On the last night, one of the other unit seemed to be throwing a party. Loud voices & banging on the walls up until 1 am. A woman (most likely another renter) was smoking on the steps of the unit downstairs and the smell would get upstairs. Overall, not really suited for long stays (more than 2 nights).

The appartement is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. Good location.

We were warned that shampoo, body wash, coffee pods would not be provided, so we went to a store and bought everything. When we arrived however, we discovered that there was also no soap and no toilet paper, although it was explicitly stated that they will be provided. We bought a lot of it, so at least the guests arriving after us are covered. The appartement was far from perfectly clean, had some cracks and stains. Some parts looked like the renovation had started, but was not completed. But the worst was for sure the bathroom. The shower is completely non-adjustable, it’s basically a ray of water hitting from one wall into the opposite one. So, to shower you have to place yourself in between. The shower curtain was stained and smelly.
