"Schöne Wohnung, wenn gut gereinigt."

Schöne Aussicht über Lugano, nähe Bahnhof und 🚘 Autoverkehrsachsen. Schöne gut eingerichtete Wohnung.

Leider keinen persönlichen Kontakt mit Vermietung, nur Mail auf englisch. Wohnung war leider nicht sauber gereinigt. Speziell in der Küche. Aber auch Badezimmer betroffen, Flecken unter Teppich und auch Ameisen. Wir verzichten im Moment auf Fotos, da die Vermieterin Besserung versprochen hat. 🚘Tiefgarage im 2. UG absolut enge schwierig zu navigierende Einzelboxen mit zu kleinen Manövrierflächen. Kosten pro Nacht 30.- sfr🙄 was pro Monat 900.- sfr. entsprechen würde.

We stayed here during the first week of August and absolutely loved it! The apartment is spacious, spotlessly clean, airy, and offers breathtaking views of the lake and mountains both during the day and in the evening. There are air conditioners in two rooms, and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need for cooking and a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — just a couple of minutes from the train station and a beautiful walk (or a quick funicular ride) down to the lake. Every day we explored different cities and villages such as Locarno, Ascona, Milan, FoxTown, Bellinzona, and Swiss Miniature in Melide, plus many other charming spots nearby. The scenery is stunning, with palm trees and lush nature all around. We especially appreciated the thoughtful blue folder on the living room table, filled with detailed and useful local tips. Thank you, Gea, for your care, thoughtfulness, and hospitality — you made our stay truly unforgettable!

"Grosszügige, sehr saubere und gut gelegene Wohnung"

Grosszügige Wohnung mit Balkon mit schöner Aussicht. Sauber, gepflegt und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln waren auch vorhanden. Sehr gute Lage auch ohne Auto.

Leider war es sehr laut (Baulärm und Strassenlärm). Sehr enge Zufahrt bis zur Garage!
