The location is ideal for arrival and departure by train! The apartment is comfortable, spotlessly clean, and spacious for a couple. The view of the lake is an inviting welcome to Lugano. Our host was communicative and very responsive to any questions we had.

We could have used directions to a nearby source for a few items not included in the house setup, as we arrived in the afternoon and did not have local transportation worked out before shops in the city center closed for the evening.
