Belvedere Apartment Walking Distance from Train Station

Beautiful and clean apartment with all the needed appliances. Host is very proactive in communicating and supporting. The AC was excellent in both the room and the living room where the city was under a heat wave so it definitely helped alot. Bed was very comfortable and balcony and the view was great.

The only issue was the Parking in the area is not available for free, and the underground parking costed 30 Swiss Francs per day. On top of that it was very tight to navigate in the basement; although it reassured me of my driving skills. However this is something common is european cities where there are limited public parking lots. Nothing to blame the host but its reality of the town.

The apartment is in a convenient location, near the railway station, it is very convenient. Windows and a balcony with a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains. The apartment is very clean and bright. There are all necessary utensils and appliances. We will definitely be back)

Close to the main train station. A bathroom, kitchen, livingroom with balcony and a bedroom, which offers more space than a hotel room. Modern look and feel. A little view. If really hot or cold, has heater and AC, which we did not need. Towels and basics are provided.

I did not read the fine print that city tax and tourism fee is not included which is CHF 7.75 per person per day, which adds for 4 people CHF 31 for the daily rate. Still was a better value than a small hotel room for 4 people. Some house rules, but for someone living in Switzerland standard.

the view was lovely and the location is very central

The property is close to train station. There is a lift inside the building. Apartment is spacious, nice and clean with a large kitchen. Nice view from the patio.

Areas for Improvement: -We attempted to contact the host for directions but reached the answering machine that didn't accept messages. -Not to disturb neighbors quiet time starting from 7 pm to 8 am or you could be evicted without a refund. -Inconvenient bathroom, no place to hang or put clothes when taking a bath. -There was a washing machine but no dryer. Had to use a drying rack to dry clothes and pray hard for sunny weather.

very very clean apt! easy access and great communication w the property manager. convenient to public transit and activities.
