CAYA Bijou im Herzen von Zermatt

Apartamentul spatios, o singura baie, o mica gradina unde puteai sta la masa pentru cafea sau pentru a lua masa. Noi nu prea ne-am bucurat de acest lucru, dat fiind ca a plouat, dar mi-a placut ca era o tufa frumoasa de liliac si boboci de bujori. De ssemenea o panorama frumoasa. Relatia cu personalul foarte buna, am primit informatii detaliate din timp.

Nu a fost nimic sa nu ne placa.. doar ne-a parut rau ca am gasit o pasarica moarta in gradina:(

It has a nice view of the matterhorn and the property is very clean with high tech stuffs you can find all around such as the audio system and the lights! It was also refreshing to have a tv that shows english channels so we can still catch up with news :) I also enjoyed watching their short films about the old zermatt. It is also well located by he heart of the Zermatt's little town, the stations, and even the Matterhorn museum! 🧡

Can't find the chopping board but this is very minor lol The place itself, the amenities, how conplete Luc'e instruction was- far outweights this little inconvenience

The view was great, the access is easy and the stay was cozy. The kitchen is well equipped. It is ideal for 4 people if you are okay with 1 sofa bed.

Missed the presence of a microwave in the kitchen. While all the instructions were available, they were spread across mail and booking.com messages. Consolidated instructions would have been more convenient but that's just my experience. Overall, the staff was friendly and stay was nice.

El departamento es muy lindo, cómodo, limpio y bien equipado.

Es muy lindo salvo estas dificultades. El edificio de departamentos no es fácil de localizar, queda un poco alejado de la principal y en lo alto, estuvimos ¨paseando¨ el equipaje de un lado a otro , subiendo y bajando , muy incomodo y agotador. El anfitrión solo respondía por mail y con demora y perdimos mucho tiempo para ingresar. Las indicaciones deberían haber sido claras o rápida la respuesta a la dificultad . Hay un ascensor de hotel cercano que se puede utilizar para subir , no para bajar. El sillón cama es pequeño, dos adultos no duermen cómodos.
