Cool & Central 2 bedroom in heart of Eaux-vives

L'appartement est idéalement situé au plus près de la vieille ville et à 2 pas du lac.

Pas de climatisation et avec les chaleurs qu'il y avait ce week-end c'était un four. Les ventilateur ne suffisaient pas du tout

Host is extremely proactive, responsive and helpful. Great location close to the lake and many restaurants.

Apartment was a bit run-down and dingy. It didn’t bother us as we weren’t there a lot, but if you’re picky that might be an issue.

Location was good to access the main town and transport . Having a washing machine and drier as we washed the bed sheets before using them.

One key for 6 people made it difficult. The condition of both the bed mattresses is terrible -stained and torn. We were not convinced that the bedding was clean due to stains and marks. Not enough crockery for 6 people. The iron does not plug into any of the electric sockets. A previous broken glass door still has sharp pieces of glass in the frame. Very noisy at night from nearby dance classes

Quelques soucis : lampe du salon beaucoup trop grande et inutilisable car cassée. Vitre du double vitrage intérieur cassée. Nous avons dû sécuriser l'endroit qui était à risque pour les enfants.

Il manque une bonde dans la baignoire L'éclairage du coin salon n'est pas bon

Excellent location in Eaux-Vives

Some decor and furnishings looking old and worn. Noisy dance studio downstairs, dogs barking at night.

A casa era confortável, com conforte para os dois casais. Recomendo a hospedagem. Fiel as fotos. Ambiente limpo e uma cozinha bem equipada.

A entrega das chaves, foi um pouco confusa, achar o local, mas no final deu certo. Não ter estacionamento. Foi bem difícil achar vaga na rua.

The location is good because you can walk to the lake in a few moments. However, I'm struggling to find anything good to say about the actual property. The host, Karim, was super friendly and helpful with the booking before we arrived. Especially getting our Genera Transit Cards to us which were so useful during our stay. Absolutely love Geneva, even though the weather was not kind to us. Great eateries, wonderful cafes, lots of walking options through the beautiful old town.

Uff, very disappointing. That lovely looking lamp in the photo of the lounge is so broken it doesn't stand up properly and caused a problem every day - it may even be an electrical hazard - to the paint in the kitchen peeling off the underside of the wall to fall into the kettle (which didn't turn itself off when the water boiled) and the coffee machine. The hotplate was super scratched and dirty, the microwave turntable didn't go around because it's missing a part, the bathroom sink badly cracked and the stopper did not stay up so it took forever to drain, the bath was flaking and dangerous to stand in, the shower head did not connect properly to the tube. The toilet is squeezed in between two huge machines (the washing machine and dryer) and the radiator - if the radiator is on you probably burn your thigh when you sit on the loo! The pillows were just sacks of chunks of rubber, super uncomfortable. No where to hand clothes other than a hall cupboard that is full of machines. Oh, and it looked like some poor family had been evicted from their flat because the hallway was full of their belongings for the three days we were there. Tremendous noise from the dance studio in the internal patio where the flat windows look - impossible to rest in the afternoon as the music continued until gone 9.30pm. Oh dear. We were very, very disappointed in the venue.
