BERG & BERG Apartments - Luzern Self-Check-in

Das Appartement ist perfekt gelegen, in Gehdistanz zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Die Schlafzimmer waren bestens für einen tiefen und ruhigen Schlaf eingerichtet. Die Küche haben wir nicht gebraucht, weshalb wir dazu nichts sagen können.

Bis wir endlich den elektronischen Zugangsschlüssel hatten, war es recht mühsam. Da wir kein E-Mail für der Online-Checkin erhalten haben, haben wir nachgefragt. Als Antwort erhielten wir, dass es einen Checkin-Kiosk gäbe, wo mit Name und Buchungsnummer der Onlineschlüssel erhältlich sei. Das gab's aber vor Ort nicht. Erst auf telefonische Nachfrage vor Ort haben wir das E-Mail mit dem Online-Checkin erhalten. Dann hat aber alles funktioniert.

BardO blisko centrum. Brak parkingu ale jest to w opisie. Parking miejski kilka min pieszo. Jest ogródek z leżakami. Zestaw kosmetyków, maszynka do golenia, szczoteczka. Był nieaktywny link do otworzenia drzwi, ale szybki kontakt z właścicielem i udało się.

Byłoby milo gby w kuchni były niewielkie ilości przypraw/oleju/sól itd

Unable to enter property due to faulty link and no communication

Link to obtain key code didn’t work. Messages sent requesting key code were not answered. Called the given telephone no. 14 times with no answer. Booking.com also unable to get a response.

Very central City Parking (24hrs) was very close, although expensive. There was absolutely no possibility of any parking close to the apartment itself. Even stopping to take out luggage was a major issue.

Very difficult to get into the Airbnb - process was very difficult and cumbersome. It was nothing short getting into a bank vault - There were next to no instructions, no clear marking of which of the flats managed by Welcome Apartments was reserved for us. Thankfully, with my son coordinating things from London, we finally managed to get through to the support team who helped us get in - but not before we ahd to find internet connection to log in - while waiting in the roadside - and then some secret mecahnism of opening the door with the mobile phone. I fail to understand why there was so much secrecy - almost as if we were being discouraged to enter (after having already paid in full!) We took close to an hour and a half to eneter the apartment - with the last 15 minutes in light drizzle! Then we finally entered, further disappointments awaited us: 1. No microwave 2. No disposable kitchen roll 3. Kitchen cloth towel - just 1 4. No washing-up liquid 5. Only 3 bowls, 2 mugs for a accommodation meant for 4 people! 6. Cutlery drawer is very high even for a person with average height. 7. No sugar, milk or tea in the apartment.

Very accessible apartment near bus station. Good space for 4-6 people.

Unfortunately no stairs so be prepared if you have big luggages.

Die Lage war gut, Parkplätze in der näheren Gehdistanz. Im Apartment war alles vorhanden, die Sauna war toll.

Es war ein Strassenfest womit es am Abend ziemlich laut war.

Setz trage legen, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sehr großzügige Zusatzausstattung mit Rasierer, Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und so weiter! Luxuriöses Apartment

Parken sehr teuer nur 200 m entfernten Cityparkhaus möglich, der fünfte Schlafplatz war leider nicht bezogen und musste selbst noch gemacht werden.
