Küchenausstattung mangelhaft, kein Mittel für Geschirrspülmaschine, kein Spültuch, kein Trockentuch, im Bad das Becken mit Zahnpastatube verstopft, Fernseher nicht bedienbar, WLAN nicht in der ganzen Wohnung etc., etc. OnlineCheckin schwierig, wenn bei Smartphone Roaming ausgeschaltet ist, persönlicher Service erst schlecht erreichbar, dann ungeduldig

ESIt was a really complete apartment with a good amount of kitchenware and a really nice bathroom. We were also provided with some nice complementary items (razor, toothbrush, etc). There was a nice balcony (although it was raining when we were there so we weren’t able to enjoy it). The location was really close to the lion monument, and about 20 minutes away from the old town.
There was 6 of us on the apartment so we had to make use of the sofa bed, leaving us with limited space to move around (not much trouble for a single night stay). There was no lift to get to the apartment but thankfully we were on the first floor.

El acceso es por una llave móvil que no funcionaba, tuve que llamar por teléfono en 2 ocasiones gastándome 20€ para poder acceder al apartamento. Además tienes muy poca vajilla y productos de limpieza. No tiene microondas.
IElocation is very convenient, overall beds and presentation, additional back garden area making this place a good accommodation for a small group of younger people or a family of fornwith small kids
apartment access assumes electronic entry but despite being verbose can be very confusing for people without it skills. photos and the overall description is a little bit misleading in regards to the size, so it looks bigger than it is.
CANice clean apartment in very good location. Nice bedding like a hotel.
Check in is a little tricky to get the digital key. There is no check in desk or kiosk at the location. But once you figure it out, it works like a charm.
