The steps to the property are difficult with luggage but that can't be helped

It was great for 4 adults. The decks provided extra space outside. The furniture was comfortable and the wifi worked well.

We didn’t get to see the Matterhorn because it was cloudy during our stay! I’m sure the view would be impressive on a clear day.

Super Aussicht vom Balkon über Zermatt (siehe Bild). Standort 15 Minuten zu Fuss vom Bahnhof erreichbar. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Wohnzimmer kann per Falttüre geschlossen werden, insofern jemand auf dem Schlafsofa übernachtet.

Das ausziehbare Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist nicht wirklich bequem für eine erwachsene Person. Die Unterkunft ist nicht geeignet für Leute, welche schlecht Treppen gehen können. Der Zugang zu der Unterkunft ist ausschliesslich über mehrere Treppen erreichbar.

It was a lovely view of the Matterhorn from the deck.

The property is hard to get to from the road. There are 5+ flights of steps down to the property. Exhausting to lug suitcases down and back up. After a day of hiking, also not fun. The property is about 20 walk from the main part of town. Just a lot of walking and stairs. The property is also small. With the sofa bed open, hard to walk trough the living room or have a place to gather.

The Host is harassing me 25 days after my stay with baseless claim for property damage per an "internal policy" no available in Booking.com! Stay away!

The view of the Matterhorn from the balcony was excellent.

Lack of information at time of booking ( and after!!) regarding the 11 flights of stairs required from the road down to the entrance of the property ( and back up again!!). These stairs (a mixture of concrete and metal with a railing on only 1 side) would be very dangerous in the wet and at all times for the frail or elderly. There was also no information on Booking.com, the Agent or inside the apartment that THERE IS A LIFT THAT THE BUILDING KEY PROVIDES ACCESS TO, which cuts down the number of outdoor stairs by approximately 70%. If it weren’t for the fact that we spoke with a neighbour from the building we would not have known about this lift. This is disgraceful and we would NOT recommend this apartment to anyone based on the lack of information provided about this. However, there was also mention in the booking.com listing that the apartment had a washing machine. There was NO washing machine in the apartment at all and no information about the fact that there was a shared laundry in the basement of the building. We happened upon this and attempted to use the washing machines at our own cost however, there were no instructions and the coin/token machine attached to the washer was broken. This locked our clothes in the washing machine until we entered more money (which started a new wash cycle). This is false advertising on behalf of the agent!!!

The view from the property was amazing. It was clean up to an extent.

The location was very tiring being uphill we had to walk a lot and the directions were very difficult. In Zermatt cars are not allowed and with rains it was hard to wander. This property was far using stairs we had to go carrying the luggage.

Awesome views from the balcony. The apartment was lovely. Had a couple of small issues which were resolved within 24 hrs. Exceptional service. It is a 10 min walk to the free bus service. Once we found the back road direct to the Sunnegga lift, it was an easier walk. We were able to leave our skies at the lock up at either of the lift stations overnight, which was great.
