room was a bit dirty and the towels, bed sheets, and blankets could have been better. Reaching the apartment is certainly not for the weak as it involves long walk and high climb

I booked this apartment for two nights in december 2024, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Two days before my stay, the host sent me a WhatsApp message stating that the originally booked apartment was unavailable and offered an alternative. Upon checking in, I discovered that the apartment had not been cleaned or prepared; the previous guests had left it in an unacceptable state. I tried contacting the host multiple times, but all my calls went unanswered. The next morning, the host apologized via WhatsApp, blaming a new cleaning company and promising a full refund. However, as I received no further communication, I was forced to book another apartment myself and move out the following day. To make matters worse, the host never refunded my money or responded to my complaints. Booking.com.au attempted to contact the host but was also ignored. Unfortunately, the platform only compensated me with $23, citing the host's unresponsiveness. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation as well using this platform, in an emergency none of them are helpful.

Very nice and comfortable apartment with Wonderfull view of Matterhorn. 10 min walk to Sunnega lift, and 20 min walk to center. Apartment equiped with everything what we need during stay.

Acces to apartment a little bit difficult, specialy with lagage (many stairs).

Great location and view. could see the Matterhorn from the balcony.

The stairway that leads to the apartment is very steep so not recommended with elderly people or traveling with large luggage’s.
