Hawa Apartment - two balcony - by PA

The property was quite spacious and well maintained. We had all the amenities and view from the balcony was amazing.

There was no parking in the property but we managed to use nearby city parking which was affordable. The place is 1KM away from Chapel bridge so little bit of walk.

Kitchen a bit under-equipped- a kettle would be useful and more cutlery needed. 3 knives and forks for 4 people is not enough.

Location was excellent. The rooms were a good size and the heating was good.

The lights in the kitchen had 2 blown globes. I ask to get it fixed, they said they would but they never did.

Nice location, just few hundred meters from the Lion Monument and car park. Rooms are Clean and comfy; staffs are very helpful. It's suitable for family to stay.

great location, just a short walk to the lake. Apartment is spacious and clean, and has everything you need.

i did not like the idea of tag on the keys. It sounded couples of time during our stay meaning that somone was checking the keys and our location.

Clean and well maintained rooms, conveniently located near bus stop and about 20 min walk to the main Luzern Railway station. Nice view of the mountains from the kitchen balcony.

The lighting in the rooms and kitchen were dimly lit.
