Hawa Apartment - two balcony - by PA

Bed is cozy, city parking is near, there is an elevator.

Bath water flow is small, you can not enjoy the bath. Electric stove will cut off if you use all of them with maximum power.

The deck and view were lovely Two separate bedrooms modern and well appointed.

The price and the air conditioning gave us problems.

Just that bus stop is close

The locality smelled of weed all the time especially in the evening. The apartment is on the last floor and very congested building. It smelled weird throughout It was dusty and not cleaned properly. There were cobwebs around and lot of dust even below the bed. There was a baby crib there but the blanket was having some personal photo - I wouldn’t expect that to be there. And it was equally dusty that the first night I had to make my son sleep with us. There were no keys in the bedroom- making it difficult to have any privacy. The fan in the bedroom was not stable at all. The sofa was sooooo dirty - I couldn’t make my son sit there. He sat on the chair which was less dirty. The head board of the beds was sooo dusty and I am just surprised how people with kids would have rated such a place family friendly. Even the vessels were smelling very bad- the balcony was also not cleaned properly such that we could spend some time there. It seemed it wasn’t cleaned in a long while. There was some weird light between toilet and bathroom giving out green blue red etc colours which was really annoying and we couldn’t switch it off. The kettle was also very dirty and kind of burned marks were there - we tried to clean it many times . Overall it was so bad that we had to look for another place and luckily we found one for the next day and we checked out next day evening itself. but the place is really not for family and also this property needs to be provide cleanliness. I am not visiting again or even recommending it to others!

The place wasn't clean. The floor was very dirty and the couch had many stains. The down comforters certainly haven't been washed properly in a long time. This caused our family to have allergies, which rarely happens. The showerhead had nowhere to be hung and the bathtub spout doesn't work, so you have to sit in the tub trying to bathe while holding a showerhead. The welcome message was only about being quiet and that the "neighbors are obliged to call the police". I would not recommend staying here, especially for such a high price.

Great location, easy to get to. Clean and functional apartment. Lots of places to plug in devices to charge.

This apartment is on the top floor and superb views of mountains, all rooms with balcony and terrace.good kitchen with all vessel. Near the lion monuments and 5 minutes by bus from Lucern main railway station.

the lift size, only 2 persons can fit with luggage 🧳, but it’s okay…not a big issue.

Location is great. 10min Walk to the city center. A handful of restaurants in less than 5 min walk distance. Public carpark within 2 mins walk

Unit needs to be updated. Bed was uncomfortable. Elevator is very tiny, and was accessible only after about 10steps of stairs. Could be a little challenging if traveling with luggages

Very nice and clean room with 2 balconies.Near to bus stop. Chapel Bridge at walking distance. The host was always available for reply.
