Hawa Apartment - two balcony - by PA

Location

The lightings were very poor in the kitchen and in the tv room. Also, at a particular time at night the heater automatically turns off so we felt cold at night. There was no kettle in the kitchen. There is a dishwasher but no solution to put the machine on. Only small cups are available.

Unfriendly neighborhood, a man of the neighbour says tourists are not welcome to the building because it a residential building,he use F words to us, and treathen that he will call the police if some noises are made... i believe the owner had all documents filed for running this appartment as a hotel, thus, not pleasant to meet someone say such rude things.

The transportation of this apartment is very convenient, it only takes 1 minute to walk after getting off the tram. There is an elevator that can go up to the 7th floor. The kitchen and bathroom are large, and the master bedroom is beautiful. Unfortunately, the light was broken on first two days.

The water in the bathroom is very small, there is some power failure, the refrigerator and microwave cannot be used.

The location was very convenient and the staff were quite helpful . The amount of space was great!

The furniture was not very comfortable. There are no closets for clothes as the bedrooms were sparse.

Generally the apartment was nice with clean linens and towels, also very quick and helpful service when I had the trouble with self check in.

One drawback for me that the floor was not vacuumed at all and we had a crawling baby to explore it :) If it had at least some sort of vacuum or mop inside - would be nice.

It was a short ten minute walk into central Lucerne. Was nice to sit on the balcony after hiking in the mountains.

There was no stand up shower, hard to have a refreshing shower after hiking all day. Apartment is on the 7th floor with only a tiny elevator, we were able to use the stairs ok. Not enough glasses or utensils for 4 people.
