Nothing - this was a scam spot, it is not a rental suite and we had to find other accomodations. This was a terrible experience and will force me to tell friends and family not to use booking.com in the future.

Nobody came to give me keys - when I called the listed number, the person who answered said that the suite is no longer available for rentals and we had to find other accomodations

Billed wrong amount. No property was not available on the dates booked but still appeared on the bookings website. This is a booking.com error that needs to be looked at.

Margaret met us at the property and showed us around. Excellent location right next door to Fantan Alley. Easy walk into central Victoria.

toilet flush was very noisy - brocken?

A lovely and well appointed modern apartment. Our hostess was on holidays but Gary did very well showing us everything on check in. Lots of thoughtful things provided and appreciated

The bed is only a double and I am 6ft 2ins but am not tall by comparison in Nth America. For such a thoughtful owner this was a surprise as the room can handle a queen bed easily. Our internet modem also stopped working on the last evening and we were caught short on some things we needed to arrange.

We were there for three nights and the flat was nice to stay in. There were all the kitchen utensils one could need and the flat is well stocked overall.

The flat was very hot to sleep in in the summer.

Amazing location Super secure/safe Clear instructions regarding parking, building expectations, fobs, check out, etc Kind host who was easy to contact Price was much more affordable given Victoria’s extremely high prices
