"Superb"

The apartment is spacious, clean and in a great location. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the border to North Nicosia. Great host very interactive and provided lots of recommendations.

One room had normal beds, and the other two sleep couches. Still relativity comfortable though.

"Perfect"

Very nice and comfortable flat near to the center town of Nicosia. We stayed for 4 days during a Conference. Everything was really fine, the best solution for our need: relax after a tough work days. A special mention for the parking inside the building and the wonderful balcony where you can relax and have dinner

"Excellent apartment close to everything and suitable for a family."

The property was in a very convenient position for us. Convenience store and supermarket close by (walking distance). Also walking distance to the city centre and a number of restaurants. The host was waiting for us on arrival and show us the facilities, gave us the keys and advised us about everything we needed to know about the surrounding area. The apartment was very clean, easy to find and has pleasant views from the balcony. We highly recommend this property for a family or even for a couple.

"Great place to stay"

The location is near both the old town and the modern shopping areas. The apartment is spacious with different areas to relax: a big balcony, a large living/dining room and a big, well-equipped kitchen. The street gets very little traffic so it is quiet and peaceful at night. Michalis is helpful and quick to respond.

"Great flat - recommended"

A lovely flat, a very good size with 2 bathrooms, and well furnished, with a great range of appliances including a washing machine and dryer. There is aircon in each room and it worked fine in 'heat' mode in the winter. The owner was super friendly and helpful. There's an off street parking place for the flat.

Some people might find it a little far to walk into the Old City (a brisk 10 minutes or more leisurely 15 mins).
