The house has an excellent location to the center of Nicosia. I had one of the best stays in Cyprus and the house was clean, spacious and very cozy. We had also an excellent support from the owner, he helped us instantly to whatever we asked him.

We have been using Booking.com for 10 years. This one has been the best place we booked. The main advantages are the position and its parking. However, it is so comfortable and the owner super nice.

"Pretty much the best apartment we ever stayed in"

Very clean, comfy and has everything you need. Michalis (the host) met us, gave suggestions for places and answered very fast. He was very nice and glad to help. Inside there were a lot of toys for kids which our daughter enjoyed so much. The apartment is very close to the city center, we could easily approach it with the stroller. Nevertheless it was pretty quiet. I enjoyed living room so much, it is very relaxing. And little treats on the kitchen, nice and sweet. The parking slot requires good driving skills but there is public parking just opposite the building

Basically the only thing which could be better is the mattress on the biggest bed. But it was ok and I only write it since the review asks “what could be better”

"Great central location, with all you could need to entertain children, and restaurants all easy walk"

The owner had clearly thought of many things a family may require. It truly was family friendly with a great selection of games and toys, coffee machine complete with coffee for the adults. I stayed for the Marathon and we had a great stay, it is centrally located with many a choice of local restaurants. The owner was very helpful and the guide to the local area was also great.
