Warm Residence in the heart of the City Center - Balcony & view

Very comfortable apartment. Well equipped, nicely furnished and homely. Centrally located within easy walking distance to Ledras and surrounding areas. Host was excellent and very helpful.

The apartment is clean, well equipped with all that is needed , and located in an excellent walking distance to all the attractions and point of interest in the old town. Above all, Michalis, our host was super friendly and very helpful. He provided an excellent service, and went above and beyond by providing us with sightseeing 'tips, recommendations and even assisted us with travel arrangements. We had a wonderful time staying in Nicosia. Many thanks Michalis for everything.

Nothing major, (maybe some black tea for non-coffee drinkers would be a plus, but everything was great).

The flat was very spacious and the rooms great. The living room, dining room and kitchen excellent with a nice spacious balcony

Well maintained apartment. Clean. Very close to the old town centre. Nice host with lots of advices about the surrounding, interesting places and dining options. The house has also some toys, like Lego, for small children.

The apartment was clean and it felt like a home. Balcony was a bonus! Location was great and walking distance to the center. Host was very friendly and responsive.

One of the rooms had a couch that included a foldable bed, which was ok.

Very spacious for 3 persons.
