Great location, in the middle of the nature but very close to the village. The condo was very clean, equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommended.

The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for an excellent stay. Although it was a bit of a hike from the village, the shuttle was convenient with friendly drivers for those times we didn’t want to walk.

Communication was a little tricky. Some instructions were conflicting and the phone numbers provided were non-responsive.

Great location ski on ski off

Very unfriendly people down stairs make sure you don’t talk loudly after 10 pm

The property was ski in, ski out however that particular ski in ski out trail was not open during our visit. The apartment was cozy and otherwise in a good area. The shuttle was quite frequent to take us down to the mail village.

There were multiple things broken in the unit and many items missing from our welcome package and we had to call the front desk over 4 times to resolve our issues. In the end, they only resolved a few issues and we ended up having to drive the 10 minutes down to the front desk to retrieve the missing items from our welcome package, eventually their phone line stopped working as well so we could not contact anyone. The fridge was very loud and we had to unplug it while we were in the unit. Overall, the apartment is quite outdated and we did not feel the value reflected the nightly rate. We were also not checked into the unit we booked through booking.com, we were placed in a different unit so be careful of this when booking this way. We contacted booking.com about these issues after the property was reluctant to assist us, and the property was unresponsive to booking.com customer support team.
