Upon booking, Le Plateau will send a confirmation to guests with directions to the property, as well as the allocated apartment number. Guests needs to be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. "Great easy walk to the village!"

We had our own food and the kitchen was well appointed! We were racing in the Ironman and the best bonus we didn’t even know was in the room was the clothes dryer! It poured rain for the 2 days so all our clothing was soaked so the dryer was a life saver!

There were no logs fir the fireplace and given the cold rainy weather it would have been nice to have a cozy fire. Also there wasn’t any coffee

Loved the ski on/off location. Working fireplace and the supply of two starter logs was a great touch. Very spacious and laundry on site was big bonus!

Was missing a cutting board. Outdoor locker for skis didn’t lock (lock was broken but was still able to close door properly).

"Great ski in and ski out location"

The location is fantastic and it is well insulated even on the coldest days

Communication from the property management company and its staff, was poor from the time of the booking even until our arrival. There are very few instructions on how to use anything, what to do with things like trash, check out procedures, etc. It’s a nice property that is not particularly well-managed. It is treated like a hotel room, but it is not, and it should have more communication for guests leading up to their stay, as well as available for during their stay.
