Apartment we rented had access by code we got in email.

The location of the apartment is mentioned wrong on booking website with difference 1 km.

Not easy to ski back to.

Kitchen Sink faucet has a leak requires maintenance. Too many remote controls could not find cable remote until second day had to go through all the drawers. No visitor guide provided for information on shuttle, restaurants, how to use remote, other local info.

Location , beautiful nature

The fire place instruction was not clear , nobody said you have to open top vent which is hidden inside fireplace. We created smoke and have to wait next day for assistant to come to figure out the problem.

Comfortable, well equipped, very clean and in good condition

Technically ski in, ski out. Practically hard to use because of snow making

The bed was comfortable

Ski in and out was not practical since not enough snow in December. So you pay extra and get nothing extra. Could rent similar for much cheaper. Fan in bathroom doesn’t work. Locker for skis can’t be locked. Shuttle only every 40 minutes. Initially the sink was clogged but was fixed. Remote to tv had bad batteries and didn’t work. During the night the water sensor went off even though there wasn’t any water and couldn’t be stopped. That was because the fan was broken and some water was still in the air.
