A security deposit ranging between CAD 500-1500 is required upon check-in and must be charged on a valid credit card (personal checks and American Express are not permitted). This deposit will be voided 8 days after departure, provided there are no damages. Upon booking, Le Plateau will send a confirmation to guests with directions to the property, as well as the allocated apartment number. Guests needs to be a minimum of 25 years of age unless accompanied by a parent and provide a valid credit card imprint as a security deposit upon check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
