Central Park Holiday apartment

1. Ample space for 8 people 2. The apartment has 2 toilets/bathrooms. 3. Loaction is strategic as it is near Interlaken West train station and Co-op (makes buying groceries easy). Also a lot of restaurants near the apartment.

1. Host was not easily contactable/not friendly. 2. Heating was not working. 3. Kettle was broken.

Location of property is very good.

Property owner not responding and after lots of trials we got checkin instruction at 6PM while checkin time was 4pm. Also, property needs renovation and they should provide good quality of mattresses and towels.

The property location and surroundings Rooms were large enough There are many restaurant and supermarket like (coop) near the apartment

First of all we have visited/Spent 2 days Lucern before visiting Interlaken, compare to the apartment at Lucern this one is nothing and we paid same amount as Lucern for this apartment(Central Park :( ). So the Comparison and expectation were not met There is NO LIFTS, No Guest PASS sent over the Mail There was no extra Towels provided, we booked for 2 Nights / 3 Days ( one Towel provided for each person for our entire stay) and Towels must be at least year old, must be changed no kitchen towel was provided. There was no coffee / Tea pack, what we do with coffee maker ? There was no chopping board on the kitchen Curtains are not well fitted and some windows have no curtains at all, tiles are broken, drawers are falling apart, need rework we booked 4 bed room apartment and Some beds in the room is not good Bedsheets were dirty and were smell badly single/small bedsheet was provided for Queen size bed which is not enough for 2 person :( no a/c or FAN, strongly request Guest to confirm these availability before booking (if you travel between month of May and Sep) The bathrooms were extremely cramped and smelly. Bathroom was fitted with sensor light which goes off frequently while taking bath
