Space was huge. Kitchen is nice

Bedsheets were dirty.. i covered one bed actually with one bedsheet coz its too dirty Tv remote control not provided, i ask but no response... There are post need to maintain area clean but cleaning materials not adequate enough 1 single bedsheet was provided per bed... bed was double bed.

This accommodation was centrally located in interlaken and have spacious room, 2 bathrooms, few cooking facilities and a refrigerator which was very helpful.

This place needs redecorating, curtains are not well fitted and some windows have no curtains at all, tiles are broken, drawers are falling apart. We stayed in this accommodation for four nights for a group of seven and we were only supplied with 2 toilet rolls and 1 bin bag and no kitchen towel provided as well. Most accommodation would provide kitchen necessities such as salt or pepper but we have only seen a few drops of sunflower oil, garlic powder which I assumed left by the previous occupants. They also need to replace or throw some of the cutlery as they are no longer useful and knives needs to be sharpened. The door handle in one of the toilets was not fitted well that we are sometime afraid to lock the door as we might not be able to come out. There was no battery for the TV remote, hence we were not able to use it.

Nothing. I had the worst experience of my entire life.

There was moldy chicken in the oven that smelt foul. There were bed bugs in multiple rooms that gave many people so many bites. Nobody has answered me about a single issue I had. This was a terrible and traumatizing experience.

Poor service…. no toilet rolls…. heater was not working….

Nothing.. it’s shady, scary property. The pics of the property doesn’t even say it’s not livable

Everything. Low ceiling. With average height, I banged my head. Light fixtures in the bathroom not working. Walls of one room was damp and water oozing out of it. The smell was pungent and ofcourse not livable
