Stay away from this place!! Whoever books this place is an idiot. Look also at other reviews. Don’t just believe me… We stayed there during October 2024. Before booking I approached management regarding multiple reviews about ants in the apartments and about no staff member is present to take care of any issues that needs attention. They promised the ant problem was fixed and that someone will be on site to take care of any request. Immediately when we came into the apartment there were thousands of ants in the bathroom, and also on one of the double bed and in the kitchen. The maintenance guy, Dimitris, gave us anti ant spray, and promised to fix the problem the next day (there were a few holes around the apartment that needed to be closed with some silicone). For some reason, I believed him. For the next 3 days the ants continued to attack. We couldn’t use one of the 2 bedrooms and its bathroom, and the kitchen. The apartment was full of toxic anti-ant spray. I wrote dimitris daily and every time he apologizes for not coming and promised to come the next day. Only on the 4th day (one day before the end of our vacation), after I called and told him I'm going to sue them for ruining my vacation, it took him less than an hour to send someone (without any notice) to fixed the problem. It took 5 minutes. Secondly, there was no staff member on site despite the managements promise. We didn't even have a broom is the apartment to swipe the dead ants after we sprayed them. I also had to dispose of the body of a bird that decided to die on our balcony on the second day, and the ants that came with it. And third, the building next to the building our apartment was in, is under construction or some kind of renovation. There were construction and drilling sound from early in the morning, in the afternoon (especially for those who like to rest during their vacation) and all day long. I wish I could upload the videos of the ants and the drilling sounds for you to see.

the position of the apartment is definitely very nice, just 1 min walk to the beach. the apartment itself is quite big.

everything was dirty apart of the floor. it was a disaster, I was traveling for work and I had to spend 1 h to clean the house… it was not acceptable. the bed sheets were dirty and I had to wash them at 90 degrees in the washing machine and use them. the sofa was full of stains and it smell so bad, they probably never cleaned it. Even the curtains were dirty with stains of food. To not talk about the cutleries. the bed headboard full of stains and quite disgusting, I moved the bed slightly to use my charger for the phone and it was full of ants and stains. The cleaners did not talk English and gave me a set of bed sheets which was dirty with blood stains. Not even the person who was supposed to give directions to the cleaners was speaking in English. I have managed to talk on the phone with the manager and sent him pictures of the terrible situation and he never replied back. it was definitely a very bad experience.

The location - walking distance to a beautiful quiet beach Modern adequately equiped apartment, with enough wardrobe space Manager/ host was there almost every day to check on everything and handle any problems/ complaints. Quiet neighborhood. The view from the apartment was so nice (sea view) Swimming pool which we really enjoyed was frequently cleaned by a professional team. Enough sunbeds and umbrellas for the residents skattered around the pool (grass area). Our host also provided beach towels.

The chairs of the kitchen dining set need replacement An external shower by the pool to wash the sand off when coming from the beach could be useful

Very nice location. Quiet and spacious

The apt itself is actually really nice and modern and includes everything you need. The location is also first class. I will not hold my experience against them because management has shown real understanding and reimbursed me within 5 days as well as offered a complimentary cleaning (regardless of the bad cleaning service). Also, the fact they are moving to a different cleaning service means they are taking their customers feedback seriously and this is highly appreciated

We arrived for check-in and the apt was really filthy. We called the person managing the premises and he was not aware. After he made a couple of calls, he informed us that due to miscommunication the cleaning crue was not contacted to come and clean. These things happen so I don't hold it against them. We finally checked in after 4 hours and the manager offered a refund for the first night and a complimentary cleaning for the 3rd day of our stay. He also informed us that they are in the process of transitioning to a new cleaning company (I assume that explains the miscommunication), and this is really good news for the property as the existing one was not up to the task. Really awful cleaning service. I won't get into details of what we've seen but just an example: * the new "clean" bed sheets that were supposed to replace the ones from the previous visitors were on the parking lot floor, swimming in dust. I asked one of the cleaning crew whether those are the old ones and he responded very casually those were the clean ones. Needless to say we called the manager again and arranged for new ones.

Great location! not in the most busy area of Protaras but close enough to the main restaurants and shopping area of Protara St. Great view to the beach, nice little beach, just a minute walk. The indoor is very quiet, and the beds were comfortable. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the water temperature and cleaningess were perfect. We had a great time with our little kids. The owner was commucative. Though there are minor issues, I totally recommend staying in this place!

There are lots of little ants inside the apartment. Extarmination is defently needed there. It would be nice if there were more kitchen utensils, there are some lacks like spoons and bowls. If there was a coffee machine and a sandwich toaster, it could have upgraded our mornings. The indoors were fairly clean. Thorough cleaning of the house corners and furniture is needed. There was no broom in the apartment itself, only a bucket and a rag. Cleaning is also needed around the apartment. For example, the stairs going up to the apartment were full of sand and some trash.
