Only the location and the flat

Very dirty, no water : hot or cold. A/C noisy, shower mixers not working .Basic stuff missing. My worst experience ever. No response from the management.

Location is great. Appartment is nice and spacious

Appartment is very poorly maintained. Lights in the bathroom did not work and noone came to fix it. Aircondition units were noisy. Common areas / pool very dirty. No cleaning equipment was provided for the appartment either

To make it better...little things like dish cloth, dishwasher tablets will be good. Lack of bedding on first night.

The property itself was very comfortable. It was very spacious and modern as well and had all the appliances that were required.

I didn’t like the fact there was no lights working outside the property so was pitch black at night coming to the door of the property. There was also nothing to clean the property. There was a mop bucket by no mop. There was also no brush or shovel to clean the floors. The washing machine was filled with clothes from the people before so the washing machine wasn’t clean. Also there was no pictures up on the walls to make it homely. There was no cushions on the sofa and the sofa was quite dirty.
