Location was excellent

The apartment was not clean. Although the property is fairly new the furniture was tired/destroyed. It was full of ants and had no cleaning products to help us get rid of some of the issues that we faced.

Nice apartment, nice pool, nice location. Good sized everything and comfy enough beds.

Apartment was lacking essentials such as toilet paper, washing cloth and clothes airer and one of the bathrooms had no working lights. Messaged Costas who didn't bother to reply. Next day we bought our own, except for clothes airer, only to find that the items had been left outside the door whilst we were away all day. So we spent money on items that we didn't need to only because Costas didn't reply. The lights on the bathroom were never fixed! Then another night, we returned home at 11pm after dinner only to find ourselves locked out!!! Tried calling, messaging, WhatsApping but no one bothered to answer or reply. Also sent messages via booking.com which was replied with a single line, "check the lock box for spare key". We had been locked out for 30mins with my wife and two young children and they didn't even offer an apology. They had, for some reason, decided to change the locks and not bothered to inform us. I messaged Costas complaining and this message was also ignored. Pathetic behaviour on his part. I did bump into the "manager" Dimitri's on our 2nd last day who was nice enough and tried to excuse Costaa saying that he lives in Nicosia but to me that explains nothing. It's a very nice apartment, nice views, short walk to the beach but not sure I could stay there again because of the experience with Costas.

Location, Cleanliness

Swimming pool was not working and I only got to know once I checked-in and asked for the pool. Otherwise I could have booked other facility which had swimming pool.

The location. Excellent. Dimitris was helpful he extended the checkout time and eventually got the technicians to fix the issues

Mr Costas only replied to a couple of messages via Booking.com. He pointed out that blank ignited my requests to speak by phone or WhatsApp. No water pressure when we arrived for 36 hrs No access to safe deposit for 36 hours due to it being locked. Incorrect WiFi code until I had to mess around messaging via B.com as Costas ignored WhatsApp Broken balcony table Signs of neglect in the building eg rusty paint flaking radiator towel holders and chairs for diner ripped and neglected Requested to Dimitris that I pay a fee to get Netflix up and running this was ignored it ran out on Wed the day the technician reset the router! Costas and his team did not inform us that the pool was empty awaiting maintenance repair at the time of booking so this was a disappointment as this look great on the photos ! A ten ton pile of constriction wasted sits in the car park with drilling during daylight hours close by. These are the main points I could go on and on but the rest is just care and attention to prepping the apartments before the season starts. Costas failed to do this and let Dimitris try to play catch up which is a cop out in our view. Great potential but the reality does not match B.com’s marketing at all. B.com refused to move us when I called as they said I had already checked in ?!! What we’re supposed to do at 9pm on a Monday evening in a self services apt? Sleep in our rental car? Dimitris = 8/10 Costas =. 2/10 - invisible B.com. =. 1/10. - available but totally impotent
