Fabulous location, very close to the beach. The pool was excellent, clean and well maintained. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Spacious and bright apartment, comfortable bed and nice kitchen & living room area. Great view, peaceful area.

In the kitchen missing: cutting board (needed to buy one myself), kettle (I was boiling the water for the tea / coffee in a casserole ;-) ) Low quality plastic chairs and tables on the balcony. Just 1 trash bin; I segregate so I had to put additional plastic bag for artificial materials and needed to separate trash “manually” in front of the bins outside. Windows were pretty dirty with brown dust :-(

The suit was absolutely lovely, facilitated, and very clean. The house is located on a magnificent beach, and we had a few pleasurable walks on the rocks nearby. The owner communicated by whatsapp, but answered immidiately to any of our requests and questions. We got a last-minute price of 35% discount, and we were highely pleased by the value per money ratio.

Location overlooking the sea with small sandy Bay close by was lovely. Spacious lovely apartment. Plenty of room for two couples.

In order to give higher score our suggestions would be - 4 patio chairs minimum, information pack with details of local amenities, local transport, shops, restaurants, bars, kitchen should have dishwasher tablets at least 1 per day, tea towel, at least 1 spare toilet role, spare bin bags, face cloth, smart TV. The kitchen needed to be cleaner, especially cutlery and mugs. Information on how to heat water when sun not been out. Please take these as constructive comments, we would stay here again.

Huge, posh apartments, beautiful pool and a lovely sort-of-private beach. The room sizes were big, sleekly furnished, and the kitchen was right out of an IKEA store. Every room has a balcony that’s bang in front of the sea. It’s windy, it’s gorgeous, it’s very satisfying. The pool is nice too though we didn’t use it much because it was winter. We’d definitely go here again if we were in Protaras. But think twice before going during Christmas, it’s a ghost town. None of the coffee shops, mini markets, restaurants are open. You’ll barely see a person out on the streets. They all lock these places up and go home.

Hot water for showering was nowhere to be found. And neither was the host. He’d left the keys for us in the key boxes and never showed up. And a very, very important note: Don’t visit during Christmas and NYE. We were the only people in the whole locality. It was fascinating but very, very inconvenient since we had to pay 40€ to Mr John the cab guy to take us to Ayia Napa to fetch dinner from McDonald’s. Otherwise we’d have starved.
