​ The perfect place for an unforgettable stay! Flip Flop City Center exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and fully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. Every appliance and amenity worked perfectly. ​ The host deserves a special mention — incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, making us feel welcome from the very first moment. ​ The location is simply unbeatable: right in the heart of everything, with all the necessary shops, plenty of clothing stores for shopping, wonderful cafes, and the beach just a short walk away. Thank you so much for such amazing hospitality, we will definitely be back!

В доме идут строительные работы! Шум! Диван раскладной в гостиной сломан и грязный. И кровать в спальне указана что большая 180x200 а она 160х200.

Не далеко от набережной

Шумная улица, местные гонщики пытаются самоутвердиться за счёт звука своего выхлопа в 03:00 АМ и + ежедневный вывоз мусора в 04:00 АМ Всё очень слышно, по этому если чуткий сон то это будет очень мешать

הספה שקועה, ולא הכי נוחה לישיבה. ניתן לשפר רמת ניקיון קיבלנו מגבות, אמנם נקיות, אבל שחוקות לגמרי.

Pozitionare 5 min de mare si centru orasului

The apartment was clean, beds were comfy and apt was packed with everything needed for the guests to feel relaxed. Kitchen with forks,knives and spoons, big fridge and stove. Two working AC units to keep you warm, renovated bathroom with hot water running to take a shower at any time, flat screen TV, WiFi etc. The only negative thing was the host(staff) that is unreachable when you need to check in, so our first night we slept on the streets of Larnaca, because the code for the lockbox provided by the host was not correct and after calling a few times on whatsapp by us and the police he finally messaged us with the correct code after 5 hours and 30 minutes.

On the 17th of January, when we arrived on time to check-in (at 23:30 and the check-in time was 00:00), we attempted to open the lockbox with the code provided by the Flip Flop City Apartment for our apartment number 12, and it was faulty, as evidenced by the fact that after we stayed the entire night outside locked and sleepless, the apartment manager's WhatsApp account messaged us 5 hours and 30 minutes later with the correct lockbox combination. We tried contacting him, messaging him, and even going to the police to see if we could reach him, but he didn't answer any of them. We already contacted Booking for a refund as this is unacceptable, after paying full price and showing on time to sleep on the streets of Larnaca.
