Great location with great apartment. Also closed parking

It was clean.

Parking was extra cost. Uncomfortable neighborhood, noisy, dirty pan in the oven.

All was good, clean, new,nice Compliment- beer, water, fruit

The accommodation was fine until I checked out. I returned the keys as instructed, but for two days I received numerous messages and phone calls accusing me of not returning them, claiming they couldn't find the keys. Cash only (strange). No invoice as agreed. Because of that uncomfortable experience, I wouldn't recommend it. It feels like a scam.

Unfortunately, absolutely nothing.

The apartment was supposed to be wheelchair accessible, but the reality was completely different. There was an elevator to reach the upper floor, but that was the only “accessibility feature”. The apartment itself was not adapted in any way: – no possibility to take a shower or even wash properly – the sink was built into a cabinet and completely inaccessible, – thresholds and narrow passageways, – a very steep ramp from the parking lot, impossible to use independently in a wheelchair. Also, calling a single room with three beds an “apartment” is quite misleading – it felt more like a regular basic room, far from the comfort and standards advertised. All of this made the stay difficult, stressful, and simply unacceptable. The listing was misleading and did not reflect the actual conditions. One-sentence summary: The stay was a huge disappointment – the apartment was completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user.

Our group booked a room with 3 beds and the apartment we were given had only 2 beds. It was a completely different room ( the photos didn't match at all). After pointing that out to the lady ( who didn't speak English, so the communication was very difficult) she was trying to convince us, that this was a correct apartment even though, clearly it didn't match the description / photos. It was crucial for us to have at least 3 beds, so the situation was very inconvenient. The lady made a few phone calls, but when we asked to speak to the owner - no one answered our calls. Sadly we received no apology for the situation, and only a 17 euros reduction in price ( as she acknowledged that this was in fact another room, and the price for this particular room was 17 euros lower). When we pointed out, that if we would have known, that the room had only two beds we wouldn't have made a reservation, so the price should be lowered accordingly, we were told that we can cancel if we don't want to stay. However, the situation itself didn't ruin our stay, it should be resolved with at least an apology. That lack of sympathy was very disappointing as we had basically no other option at this point, and the situation was entirely the hotel's mistake.

The rooms were clean and looked just like the photos. We got the keys easily from the host, even though she did not speak English at all. The kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped.

The accommodation is in a very bad neighborhood. In the evenings, we didn’t even dare to walk on the street, we always ordered a taxi instead. Luckily, it is close to the city center, but as a woman, I did not feel safe in the area. It would be good to have air conditioning, as the room got very hot in the summer. The beds were very squeaky and not very comfortable. As a welcome gift, we received rotten fruit.

Location

The description stated that there was an air conditioner, but in fact there was none. The kitchen faucet was leaky and leaked. The description stated that there was one bed in the living room and two beds in the room, but in fact all three beds were together in one room. There was no living room as such, it was just a corridor from the front door to the room, and a table with chairs was squeezed in there.
