Haas Apartments Downtown with Parking

I got the key from a girl that came to bring it. The girl was nice, but she only spoke Ukrainian. For me that was not a problem, but for people from Western Europe this could be a problem. The apartment is new and it has everything you could wish for. Especially if you are planning to stay for a longer period, this apartment is great as it even has a dishwasher.

I booked the apartment for around 40 euro, which is a great price. But then 25 euro was added for cleaning the apartment, which is misleading. The initial price you see on booking is great, but then it gets almost doubled with the extra charge. The apartment wants you to pay cash, yet they don't have change. They still owe me 1.75 euro. For me, the biggest disappointment was parking. For a foreigner, it was not easy to find out how the parking works. You have to go to the website of the parking service, go through quite some steps to pay for your parking. Luckily, there were some people on the street who spoke English and were willing to help me out.

The property was nicely furnished and very comfortable. I had everything that I needed in the apartment.

I recommend having a larger TV in the living room with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime for us to log into.

It was very clean, had all the necessary facilities, very comfortable. It was close to the city center so no need to use public transport if you want to go sightseeing

You can pay ONLY IN CASH at the property, despite that in the confirmation email it was written that cash is not accepted

There were no balconies in the apartments, as booked. Bathrooms were not clean, and floors were dirty as well.

Car park was good in the back yard. Easy acces to the apartement with elevator 5th floor. Walking distance from old town. Good supermarket Alberta just 1 min walk from apartment. There was fruits cofee tea for free at apartement wich was nice welcome. Pet friendly (with extra fee)

Apartement was situated on next to the construction area. House opposite was under construction so there was a lot of noisy sounds during 7.00-15.30. This could have been mentioned in the info and it would be good idea to give a price reduction for this period. Also the area front of the building and few blocks are a bit dirty and there has a restless and rugged athmosphere. After first walk we decided to walk the detour route. The bed was noisy.

Apartment is very nice, clean and has very good connection to the city centre. Host was very kind and helpful. We recommend.

Host was very helpful and easily reached. We had everything in the apartment that we needed for our short stay.
