Haas Apartments Downtown with Parking

Apartment was as good as I expected. Me and my family stayed just for a night, because we were in the middle of our road trip, and in this case this apartment was pretty good. It was clean, with good bathroom, nice receptionists, and private parking in the closed territory. Price is good I think.

The only one thing we didn't like is the absence of the conditioner.

They did not respond to me messages

It is clean and in a good location but the neighbourhood is kind of scary

They were overbooked and let us know a few hours before coming that there is no apartment available, leaving us without any solution.

We did not enter the place due to cancellation.

Place first confirmed, then cancelled on us due to overbooking. Nothing was charged, so all good - but it took them over 24 hours to finally cancel the booking, so I was worried we would be charged. Only accepts payment on arrival, I assume in cash - not ideal for international travelers, but we got treated fair.

What I liked: - Very good free WiFi - Welcome drink (Beer and a bottle of water)

What I didn't like: - There is no complimentary parking available, despite the misleading apartment name. - Keys are delivered by a person who does not speak English. - Only cash payments are accepted. - Requesting an invoice can be frustratingly repetitive. - Cleanliness standards are not maintained at a high level. - Insufficient closets or cloth hangers are provided; there isn't even one in the bathroom for clothes or towels. - The bathroom towels and bed linens are of the lowest quality available.
