Oltec Apartment Brno

It was really spotless, comfortable and large and exactly as advertised. We loved that it had a fully functioning kitchen, comfortable pull-out sofa and a really large bed. It was a fantastic location, really close to our clinic, and to Pivovarska Starobrno, that does a really well priced lunch menu. We were also a stone’s throw away from the tram stop and from a well-stocked Albert. You’re in walking distance to Omni Brunch cafe, which does lovely brunches and lunches. The best part about the property was the hospitality and warmth we received from the most excellent host, Jakub. We will be returning!

The lack of a washing machine, and that the toilet (WC) is separate from the main bathroom. Our only complaints for an otherwise perfect apartment.

Well-appointed apartment. Modern but in a beautiful old building. Very clean and had everything we needed. Our host provided us with a fabulous poppy seed cake and a bowl of fresh fruit. Diagonally opposite Starobrno brewery. Can thoroughly recommend the bar on the corner. Managed to park on street opposite building. Fee required.

Very good location on the edge of the city center beside the Starobrno beer factory and its great restaurant. The accommodation is well-equipped and comfortable, featuring a fully functional kitchen with coffee machine. The owner is friendly and attentive. The place is clean, cozy, and well equiped.

No negatives.
