Almost everything! The apartment is located in a quiet area not far away from the city centre , so we could take a walk through a park to the city centre. It is a spacious apartment with thoughtful design and has everything we need, we felt really like home! The host is very friendly and he recommended several great restaurants to us. The highlight is the big window and a cute balcony that face a green garden with talk trees. We were welcomed by fresh fruits and home baked cakes, what a luxury to have them when you just arrived after several hours of travel! It is also good to mention that the building has very good ventilation as well as good isolation, even though it is hot outside, it is cool Inside with fresh air, no AC is needed at all in hot July. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very well, we appreciate the host's efforts to make our stay so great!

Jakob is an owner, he was wonderful, nice, helpful. He met me just on time, waiting me in front of building. The property is in a good condition, clean, quiet, well maintained.

It would be nice to have iron and washing machine in the property.

Really comfortable spacious apartment on the ground floor and cool all day long. Fully equipped kitchen with basic amenities including coffee which is highly appreciated. Beds are comfortable and shower is nice and spacious as well. It is a short walk to the tram stop and very close to the Starobrno brewery. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. And the host is very responsive and friendly. Recommended for families.

Nothing really. Just a few nice to haves. Could have used a wiper to clean the bathroom glass after each use and extra blinds in the bedroom as we like to sleep really dark.

Very nice and helpful owner. I really recomend this apartment! Market and bus station is near. If you decide to walk to City center it is only 20-25 minutes.
