Apartment in TOP location near the Zwinger (Apt 2)

A very good location, and perfectly okay for a couple of nights. All the basics are there, and the neighbourhood is great, with the BrennNessle restaurant across the road and the EcoStore at the top of the road. Comfortable bed :-)

The flat really is tiny, much smaller than the photos make it look. The bed is right up against the wall, with no bedside tables or lights. Very few electric sockets, and no space to put luggage during your stay.

Duschekabine war kaputt und ließ sich nicht schließen. Netflix funktionierte nicht, war aber angekündigt.

Sehr gute Lage nahe des Zwingers. Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut.

Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Kaputte Duschabtrennung. Heizungen funktionierten teilweise nicht. Wohnung war für 3 Personen ausgeschrieben, hatte aber nur ein Doppelbett. Es wurde schnell eine Klappmatratze mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern gebracht. Angeblich war die Wohnung 50 qm groß, sie war aber viel kleiner. M

Alles war super Wider Gerne🥰

Ich denke, die Dusche sollte überprüft werden, da das Wasser sehr langsam abläuft.

Zentral gelegen vom Zinger /Semperoper 450 m entfernt

Das Bad ist klein, ein Teil der Duschwand hat gefehlt und die Dusche hatte leicht Schimmel an der unteren Wand.
