Betten waren okay!

Schlechte Ausstattung, kaputtes und nicht ausreichendes Mobiliar, kein ausreichendes Geschirr und Besteck, Küche zu klein für 5 Leute, kein Wohnzimmer, zu wenige Handtücher, kein entsorgter Müll, dreckige Tischplatte, nicht funktionierender Schlüsselkasten, Vermieter am Abreisetag beim Problem mit Schlüssel telefonisch nicht erreichbar.

De sleutel zat niet in het kluisje. Er zaten nog andere mensen in ons appartement. De eigenaar moest dus op zoek naar een ander verblijf. Gelukkig was er ergens anders iets vrij.

Ich habe weder die Unterkunft GEFUNDEN, noch adäquate Unterstützung unter der angegebenen Rufnummer erhalten! Ich buche alle meine Kurztrips über booking und war bis jetzt immer zufrieden, aber das geht überhaupt nicht! Ich habe bereits eine Nachricht zu diesem Sachverhalt gesendet, aber bis dato keine Rückmeldung erhalten...ich verlange in diesem Fall unverzüglich mein Geld zurück!!

The location is near Aladin and near Hbf from Hemelingen. Bathroom was OK, Kitchen was more or less OK.

Contact with the host was non-existent. I waited for a message that never came. When I arrived at the property, I only happened to meet the person with the keys by chance. Outside, there were people who had been waiting for about an hour. The person giving out the keys did not speak English. The place was very dirty—mud, crumbs, and stains (of who knows what) were all over the sofa. The floor was so dirty that I didn’t even want to walk barefoot inside. The kitchen was also unclean. Wi-Fi? Non-existent. I asked the guy, and he simply said, “No Wi-Fi.” But the worst part: around 10:45 PM, someone opened our door with a key and attempted to enter the room. Luckily, I was still awake and shouted that we were inside. Still—what on earth? After that, my wife no longer felt safe. I do not recommend this place. We can tolerate some dirt (you get what you pay for), but it is absolutely unacceptable that someone tried to enter our room during the night.

The location was very easy and the apartment was comfortable.

We never got access to Internet throughout our stay.

Everything was OK large apartment with all facilities and good price 👍

Total stay was very bad , Owner was very rude and nit very friendly…they showing us something in the pictures and apartment are not like that and two different locations..BAD Communication
