Close to where I was working.

TV from neighbouring residential apartment loud and on from 01:00-04:30, poor sleep. Apartment was not ready at check in time, had to wait over 2 hours for the apartment to be prepared.

First of all our apartment was different when I booked and second of all the owner was cold and unfriendly person.

I like everything. Very good nice place. Friendly owner. Everything was perfect

Very noisy you could hear your neighbours loudly...not enough isolation...the front door and wall leading to stairs have to be soundproof....woke up at 2 am and 3 am when neighbours were carrying stuff down the stairs....noisy people all day carrying stuff couldn't rest

Internet not useable. Only 1 radiator fully functional but this maintains warmth once room ambient temperature reached.

i did not stay at the apartments as they were double booked. Was brought to another location.

Cancelled my booking,

The location was not bad.

The property was not safe and not ready for accommodation. The bathroom door had a broken glass which was not safe for anyone especially I had kids. The blinds for one of the rooms were not fixed. The property was not cleaned properly, bedsheets were not not clean and looked like they’ve just been used. There were spiders everywhere and the kids were scared. There were no batteries in the TV remotes. The host was very rude right from the start as the instructions to access the property was confusing. When we went to the address which was on our booking, he was not there and we had to wait for a while after which he gave us another address where we went to get the key from the key box. When I told the host about the issues, he said he would fix them the next day but he never did. He kept on giving us different times to fix the blind and the broken glass but nothing changed and this was very frustrating. His excuse was that he was on his own and had other properties to manage. This doesn’t make sense as I as a customer paid for the service and should receive the service in full regardless of what was going on with the host.
