Sehr schöne geräumige Wohnung, top Lage, Sehr ruhige Gegend, komfortable Betten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nur zur Info - es gibt zwar kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße, was ab 18 Uhr ziemlich schwierig ist einen zu finden.

Ich war selbst in der FeWo Reinigung, und muss sagen dass es eine saubere und schöne Wohnung ist.im großen und ganzen sehr ruhig, lustig sind auch die Eichhörnchen aufm dach morgens☺️Freunde von mir haben an der gruga eine FeWo gemietet und die ist definitiv genau das Gegenteil,laut dreckig kaum Ausstattung oder Komfort! .ich würde diese FeWo hier definitiv weiterempfehlen und komme gerne wieder. Ich hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt bei euch

Das Treppenhaus war leider etwas laut es war unangenehm weil man Angst hatte die anderen zu stören aber dies liegt am Alter des Hauses. Schade war dass die lieb hingestellten Wasser längst abgelaufen waren und der Schimmeln in der dusche (aufgrund dessen dass es eine FeWo ist, viele Gäste etc im OK Bereich) Ich würde das nicht negativ bewerten da es echt nur Kleinigkeiten sind
