"Cozy appartment with small balcony with nice view on old trees"

Nice furniture, Kitchen had a coffee machine available with nice coffee. Water was available as welcome gift. It was a nice weather and I could enjoy the small but nice balcony with great view on very old trees.

It is a busy street. With open windows you might hear the tram and the cars. Quiet from 11pm to 6am

Wir haben zum dritten mal hier gebucht. 2x waren wir in der Wohnung Nr. 5. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr gute Lage, kurze Wege, Räder konnte man im Keller abschließen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit auf der Autobahn, mit den Rädern schnell auf Radwege, für unsere Bedürfnisse völlig ausreichend. Waschmaschine im Keller. Zwar liegt die Wohnung an der Hauptstraße aber in der Nacht hört man nicht viel.

Leider keine Kaffeemaschine sondern nur eine Tassimo oder ähnliches in der Wohnung, haben uns dann in der Nähe eine billige Kaffeemaschine gekauft.

"Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einem schön renovierten Appartment"

Sehr gute Information, sei es vor der Ankunft, oder im Appartment mit QR-Codes. Es gab eine Kaffeemaschine. Schön eingerichtet, modern renoviert, sei es aussen oder innen. Sehr nett im Austausch am Telefon. Gehdistanz zu Einkaufsladen, Apotheke und öffentlichen Verkehr.

Ich hatte mir den Türcode nicht gemerkt beim Check-in und er war dann beim Auschecken nicht mehr sichtbar. So konnte ich den Check-out nicht korrekt machen und den Schlüssel wieder zurücklegen. Zum Glück war die Dame sehr nett am Telefon. Also immer: Code merken, wenn man Schloss verstellt...

"Mooi ruim appartement in het Ruhrgebied"

Mooi modern appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Met 2 aparte slaapkamers volledig uitgeruste keuken en ruime woonkamer. Op korte loopafstand van het prachtig mooie Grugapark! We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad waar we ons thuis voelden.

Het penthouse appartement is op de 3e etage, dus wel wat trappen om het appartement te bereiken. Ook is het zoeken naar een parkeerplaats in de buurt maar tijdens ons verblijf konden we meestal toch wel aardig dichtbij parkeren. Deze informatie was trouwens bij ons vooraf wel bekend.

It's nice that you can cook for yourself. But overall quite dissapointed in the seen quality.

The bedroom is the side of a busy street, so sleeping with a window open (if you are a light sleeper) is difficult. The shower has a window that faces the inner garden, from which I have the feeling people can look insight. The bed is soft and was a hole in from the amount people that have slept in there (I hope). All in all I am quite dissapointed in the quality of the apartment, I didn't got any got sleep.
