Verkehrsgünstig im Bezug zum Bahnhof als auch zur Messe in Essen..Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, gute gastronomische Vielfalt in der Nähe

Schlafzimmer lag zur Hauptverkehrsstraße = laut, Betten als sehr schmal empfunden (90 cm?), Wandfarbe abgeschabt, wirkte schmutzig und sollte daher mal erneuert werden

"Super onpersoonlijk en niet echt klantvriendelijk"

De flat is ruim en goed gelegen. Goed geïsoleerd aan de straatkant maar niet tussen de verschillende appartementen. Smaakvol ingericht met Ikea spullen die de tand des tijds niet goed doorstaan (de sofa is doorgezakt) Bakker en supermarkt vlakbij evenals Metro, bus en tramhalte

Er zijn 7 airbnb flats in het gebouw, bij reservering weet je niet waar je terecht komt en er is geen lift. Alles wat de buren doen en zeggen kan je mee volgen. De digitale conciërge is een ramp: overal QR codes en de informatie is zelfs niet up to date of moeilijk te vinden. Er is een afwasmachine maar nauwelijks gerief om die te vullen en de gebruiksaanwijzing hebben we niet gevonden. De kantoren zijn gesloten van vrijdagavond tot maandags
