Suite Galarous Island

I understand that it is the Galapagos Islands and that it is in the middle of the Ocean. But, I think next time I might stay somewhere with a higher score on wifi.

Was confortable, big and has all the implements in the kitchen.

The bathroom smells sometimes, the lights were to low, the shower didn’t get hot water a few times. The staff was nice but wasn’t there went we need it, the coffee machine in the lobby was dirty, the machine didn’t work.

- Towels smelt nice and clean - Complimentary coffee and tea at reception was a nice touch (though it would have been even better if the staff had replaced the water when the dispenser bottle ran out, as it was empty without water for almost two days)

- Decor and furniture need some TLC, it is quite worn - Noise from the street, mainly in the morning 6-7am - One bed was creaking at every move, both had worn, soft mattresses - Internet was not working in the room - There was only one fork in the kitchen - After we were out all day and the room not having been cleaned for 3 days, the staff asked us at 6pm if we wanted our room cleaned. (It was low season, there were hardly any guests in the hotel.) - On our last evening, one of the staff told us we should have checked out that day. We quickly established she was mistaken, however, it would have been more fortunate if she had checked her records before engaging in such a conversation.

I liked having a kitchen (caveat coming), comfortable bed. Had a dining room table so I had somewhere to work. Decent sized apartment. Quiet on the property

First of all there was never anybody at reception. You had to call someone so if i needed someone immediately i don't know what would have happened. Second, nobody offered to clean my room/take out the trash/bring fresh towels until the day before I left. I had to go buy my own trash bags and toilet paper to throw out the trash (because they don't want you to flush paper down the toilet...Yeah...) Because remember, nobody came by over about 4.5 days and I ran out of toilet paper on day two. I left the "bag" on the porch next to the door because I didn't know where the trash bin was and it sat there for 4 days attracting ants and everything else. The kitchen would have been awesome if the dishes were clean. I had to go buy dish soap and a sponge to wash anything before I could use it. The sandwich maker was not cleaned out from the previous guest because there were crumblings of the sandwich in the machine. Breakfast provided by the apartment was fine. That's one of the only things that happened regularly and I actually saw someone who worked there. The water dispenser in the kitchen didn't work so I bought my own water. The location is nowhere NEAR the town so you always had to get a taxi, which isn't a problem so much as they are quite frequent but sometimes it was hard telling them where the apartment was. So I couldn't really easily walk to anything to get food/water/see something/socialize. The water in the shower never got hot. I was just disappointed.

Very comfortable. Nice kitchenette. Air conditioning. Good breakfast.

Very far from the center. They meeded to pay me change but never did, looked for her (by any means) on my last day without any luck. Breakfast is served only till 8:30 so if you want to sleep in a little bit you miss it.
