Suite Galarous Island

The lady that made breakfast was very sweet and the food was tasty. The room overall was nice and spacious. It was nice to have a separate area for the bedroom/bathroom. The A/C worked well and wifi was fine during our stay.

The refrigerator/freezer did not work. Someone tried to fix it but it still did not work. We did get a working refrigerator on the day before we left when ours was traded for a working refrigerator. The lamp in the bedroom also did not work. The hot water in the shower was unpredictable and very difficult to control.

The staff were super friendly and so helpful. The location was great, on the quieter side of town. Good size apartment, big refrigerator, stove, and purified water. It looked like the breakfast was good, but we had to leave early. Cynthia, the gal who works there was so friendly and very helpful!

The apartment we stayed in was really dirty. Total grime on light switches. If they really cleaned the place up, I would have liked it better.

the property was huge a whole flat. ice cold fridge freezer ice cold air con and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. worth every penny

Very helpful host at check in, provided lots of advice on organising the visit to Santa Cruz. Room exceeded expectations, booked one bedroom apartment for two, and we're given one bedroom apartment with two double beds and two single beds (singles in living space with kitchenette. Good accomodation for group stays. Room clean and tidy. Nice breakfast served.

Location away from centre, but 10-15min was 9k for us. The accomodation/room a bit worn out and in need of TLC.

The staff were very helpful. They will make you a takeaway breakfast if you need to leave early for a ferry or tour. The room was huge and free water is provided in the room itself

Staff aren’t there 24/7 but you can contact by WhatsApp. The location is a fair walk to the main strip but we didn’t mind it too much.
