Juan was the nicest and most helpful guy we have ever met. Nothing was too much of an ask, he checked in numerous times during our stay to make sure all was going well. The apartments were clean, comfy and had all the utilities required. Location was good and just a short walk from the bars, restaurants and shops

The apartment was clean, comfortable and decorated, and furnished to a good standard.

The apartment was at least 500 metres from the nearest main road, up a very steep hill. I had booked this resort as it advertises itself as disabled friendly. Our apartment was on the 6th floor, and the only time you were allowed to enter the reception area with a mobility scooter was to access the pools of which there were 2, but the large one was closed only the children's pool was open. Charging points for mobility scooters were approximately 100 metres further up the hill in a secure car parking area, accessed by electronic key, as was the main reception gate and standard key for apartment..3 keys in total. You had to pay to charge a mobility scooter. It was one euro for 3 hours, which you had to buy tokens for and insert into a timer box.You could only insert 1 token at a time for 3 hours charging, so unless you were prepared to lose 6 to 9 hours of your day and have to walk every 3 hours from the (Disabled Friendly) complex to the charging points you would never have a fully charged scooter. The air-conditioning was not part of the utilities provided, so it had to be activated at a charge of 3 euros for 8 hours payable when checking out from your 100 euro security deposit. Safety deposit box charged at 14 euros per week if I remember correctly. We only stayed one night and explained the reasons why to the private landlord who has 10 holiday let's in the complex. We were not offered any refund amount of any kind. We found and booked another apartment on Booking.com also provided by a private landlord, which was a cheaper daily rate and far superior and no extras of any kind were payable.

The smell from the bathroom. The big pool not being opened and the sofa bed not really that comfortable but did the job.

A lovely apartment with all the amenities you could possibly need whilst on holiday. The pool area was amazingly clean and a lifeguard was provided at all times whilst it was open. For us, as a fit family the location was absolutely fine, as it is up a large steep hill, however this would be a problem for those with mobility issues. A taxi or mobility scooter would probably be required. A large supermarket is also right on the doorstep, which provides everything you will need during your stay, at a fraction of the price of the smaller convenience stores. This would be particularly useful if you were travelling on a budget.

The smaller bedroom gets very warm in the summer months when the door is shut. This made it necessary to leave the door open whilst sleeping to allow a little airflow, however this meant no privacy. The pool area does not open until 11am, which we felt was a little late, this could be moved forward by an hour to 10am ideally. Also it is necessary to provide your own chairs / sun-loungers around the pool. It would be useful if they were supplied as part of the apartment rental, and could be taken to / from the pool when required.

Our hotel room was so clean and comfortable. Host was very kind and helpful hotel is very close to benidorm strip

The property had everything we needed clean and comfortable . Host was helpful, we were delayed and arrived very late but it was no trouble for him . The pool was a great size and great for family’s

Complete false advertisement. The main attraction of the complex being the pool was not open. This had not been mentioned in the advertisment and we were only informed of this when we checked in. This was extremely dissappointing, we were travelling with our three children and it was not practical to visit a very busy complex 10 mins walk away from the apartment to use the pool there, as recommended by the host when I expressed my shock & disappointment at the pool not being open. We left after two nights of what was meant to be a seven night stay. The host did not refund me for for the nights we didn't stay and informed me that when people visit Benidorm they visit the beach, shops & restaurants. he made nothing of the fact that the advertisement was completely misleading. The apartment itself is very basic.
