Spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Washing machine meant im going home with a suitcase full of clean clothes which is an added bonus. Wonderful view of the pool even had bucket and spade and umbrella for beach , swim noodle and water shooters for the pool for the kids to use. Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarjets within walking distance. The host Juan couldn’t do enough for us and was a wonderful, friendly and gracious host.

We actually left the apartment after two days. Would have left quicker if we could have got booked into somewhere sooner. Apartment wasnt that clean and the pool was closed. We booked this as it didnt say the pool was temporarily closed like a lot of other apartments for rent. Even if it says seasonal, we dont live in Benidorm so unsure when the season starts or ends. There was also a lot of stag and hen parties staying nearby as very noisy at night and strong smell of drugs when sitting on the balcony. Definitely not suitable for children. The sofas pulled out for the kids to sleep in but no other pillows or sheets available for them to use. Towels and pillows along with sheets provided were a good few years old as well. Sure the caretaker is charging and keeping the money for the wifi as well as the wifi was on anyway!

The walk up to the complex is on a slight hill, so some nights a bit much after a few drinks but not too much to get a taxi which was about €7.

Juan was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble. Pool area was the best in Benidorm.

The apartment is lovely and very clean, much better than most, and the pool is huge and just as good as the pictures. Juan is very nice and couldn't have been more helpful. He arranged mobility scooters and taxis for us, and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this apartment to our family and friends, and will also be staying again ourselves. Thank you Juan. Hope to be back soon 😁👏

There was nothing we didn't like about our stay.

We loved the pool as it was so big! Easy to access and some of it is shaded in the day intermittently with the surrounding building. Not a negative at all as it was needed and so incredibly hot! It is very very big too so easy to stay in the sun if you didn’t need a break. The surroundings were clean and regularly cleaned too. Pool man daily and general gardeners daily. The photos of the pool don’t do it justice. Juan was exceptional! Helpful, responsive, polite and a general life line when needed. Other staff were pleasant and always willing to help. Property was a decent size but for a family of 4, not so big. Felt secure and safe with key fobs to enter the premises and pool area etc but a real bind if you forget it as you can not get in! Everything is within walking distance but only if you are exceptionally fit and ready to walk the mile back from the beach uphill! Supermarket a few minute walk. We took our travel case as it was really hard work up the hill with shopping. It was with the case but far easier. Little pricey in there but certainly cheaper than the shops. Restaurant (Sonder/Twisted Cocktail) AMAZING just down from the supermarket. So delicious. Amazingly priced and great staff! Traditional English food. Can’t recommend enough. English owners and they certainly know what we like to eat! Lots of Spanish around as the apartments are also their residence. Lovely people, very polite and helpful. Can smoke on your balcony. TV in the living area, that we didn’t watch, but was told it was decent. Wi-Fi connection in the apartment was strong.

The storage for our things was a real issue so take coat hangers and be prepared to live out the case if there is more than 2 of you. The huge hill to get up and down to and from the shop or anywhere else. It has cost us more in taxis than in food for 5 of us. It was a huge battle daily! It was standard. Clean but standard. A little more thought into the sofa beds being comfortable would go such a long way. They’re very noisy. Very uncomfortable and we didn’t get one decent nights sleep while there. Set us up for a long day everyday. Our pool view was covered by a huge monkey tree which wasn’t helpful when the older children wanted to go down before us as we couldn’t see them. Pool doesn’t open till 11am in season and 11:30 from Sept 1st. 10 year old sat about waiting for the gates to open for a long time daily. Wasn’t a huge huge deal but could be opened a lot earlier for families holidaying. No bathroom window or ventilation. Cause for a really sweaty time getting ready especially after 4 of us have had a shower! The water boiler is like a storage heater, so after the 2nd person has been in the shower… there’s then no hot water for a while. One set of bedding for 10 days. There was a washer but it was a little humid and smelly. Not horrendous but even after a good hot wash with detergent in it, our clothes did smell. Pay for air conditioner (cost £10€ for 2 nights). Once you request the air con to be put on it is calculated by you paying for the electricity used from then. So lights as well etc. Otherwise there isn’t an electricity bill. Having it on made the balcony area unbearable to sit in as the main vent kicking hit air out is on the balcony. We had to pay £30€ each per sun bed for a 10 day stay and you do need one. It wouldn’t be comfortable outside without one. The ground is concrete and really hot! You have to take it down daily and bring it back daily. Again. There were 7 of us in 2 apartments and 6 beds. 2 couldn’t fold them out or put them away.

It was nice and clean

The pool was beautiful and very well managed by security.
